Help with crediting

I got the Fortunate kit from TDD last month..
now it's in the store...
how would I add the credits for it in the gallery?

just state that it can be found here? so many places seem to want you to state where you purchased it from and since it can no longer be purchased from
TDD that sorta poses a problem.
