It appears I have maxed out my queue. How do I clear it so that I can upload the proper file sized images?

Hi Mindy! :)
When you click on "upload photos", you'll see this:
Images in your queue: 5
You can click on the number (5 in this case) and you will be taken to your queued images.
Where you can delete them.
The system might give you an error message, but that's ok, you will probably have to do it several times.
If you can't get it to work, PM me and I will help you out with this!

Hi Joyce
I tried as above (clicking on #of pictures in the queue to delete them) and it didn't work, and I get a similar error message as when I try to upload a picture:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3600 bytes) in /home/joycepau/public_html/galleri/image-inc.php on line 116
I mistakenly uploaded the Humongous version of an image yesterday instead of the smaller one, so I think I clogged my queue.
Does this problem go away after 24 hours normally?
Could you please help me when you have a minute? I have a few layouts in queue that I'd love to upload to the challenge galleries.
Thank you!!!

You're welcome!!
Actually, my internet connection is playing up, that's why I am not around much! :glis:
(keeps shutting down like every 2 minutes! LOL - it has been like this for the past few weeks)

Ok, me again with a question...
I ordered a few things today (TYT!), and two of the items went through right away, and two of the items are listed as "queued".
I realise it's not Tuesday everywhere yet (almost, but it wasn't this morning)
My full payment went through Paypal, so that's not the problem.
Is this normal?
Is there some human interaction necessary for electronic orders? (just curious, really!)
Thanks.... :flower2:

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I did receive download keys for those two products, but when I click on the link which normally allows me to download a zip file, it says "there was an error loading the download"...

Every now and then our system puts orders in a queue for some reason.
I check these orders once a day and process them manually.
Your orders have been processed now! :) (sorry for the inconvenience!!)

Oh great, that's good to know (I mean, the reason why...) Thank you Joyce :worship: :flower2:
Hopefully this is the right thread for this question -- I am having a hard time loading lo's from my MacBook to the MScraps gallery. If I use the save for web option, and change the lo to 600x600 pixels, it looks awful when loaded (pixelated and blurry). If I try saving as a low quality jpeg, I am getting an error because the file is too big. Zoebearsmom (Ashly) was kind enough to share her web sharpening tool, which I think helped a little, but I'm still unhappy with the quality after I upload. Oddly, I do not have this problem on my PC, only on the Mac, even though I think I am re-sizing it the same size. Any suggestions? TIA

Generally the steps in resizing (are you using PSE, or CS?) are to first change the resolution size from 300 to 72, *THEN* change the size to 600 px. After that, when you save for web, you must look at the little indicator down on the left under the preview pane and adjust downward until it's below 150 Kb.
I'm using PSE Heather. I never bothered to change the size from 300 to 72 before on other sites but will try that one for this site! Thanks for your help, as always.
Still looks blurry on the Mac, even at 72 resolution 600x600 pixels. But I resize on the PC with the same specs and it looks fine. Any other suggestions?

I can't help you any further than that, I guess--sounds like a task for an Apple forum perhaps! I think Romy works on a Mac, but she's in Greece right now. I'll PM her to see if she has any suggestions...
Thanks. It's very frustrating!
I don't have any problems either on MacBook nor iMac. I don't change resolution - I use Save For Web and Devices, size 600x600 and usually, I need to use the Quality slider (high to medium) so the file is under 200kB. So basically, I load full resolution files, what galleries do with them , I find sufficient enough. Look at my gallery if you see anything that looks like your layouts.
I don't use any sharpening actions.
I assume you use Photoshop, I open 8bit RGB file, square pixels, 12x2 in, res. 300 dpi, the file has about 37MB. I drag elements from kits directly from Finder
I can't think of anything that would cause this but I'm guessing it would be the settings you use.
Sorry I can't help more, we could do step by step but I'm on vacation...:-(
