Anyone doin' Project 365??

I haven't started, but I think I'm going to.. I have like NO PHOTOS to scrap these days!

If you are doin' 365.. how do you do it? Are you with a group.. do you follow prompts?? .. or do you just photograph whatever you feel like? It's hard for me to stay motivated, but it's so worth it in the end to get a whole schwack of "everyday photos"!!

Yep I am! After failing miserably last year, I am off to a good start this year. The Calendar Girls(I'm one of them) at Log Your Memory are running a support group, mostly just to keep one another on track. Everyone is following their own rules. My project is about collecting daily evidence- it might be a photo, quote, journalling snippet, newspaper article, ticket, whatever. And if I don't get something everday, it doesn't matter!

Your photos are Beautiful!!! Daily "evidence" .. that's a good way to look at things. I think I'm gonna grab my camera and take it out with me tomorrow and see what I come home with. I'm such an "event photographer" .. I always have my camera around for those milestone moments.. but it's the "everyday" that I love to scrap and document, and I need to push myself to take those kinds of photos!!

hello ladies...
i was able to start it last year but i eventually stopped. however, i'm starting it this year and Lord willing i'll be able to end this year with 365 photos.
it's fun. a scrapper friend did it last year and i kept visiting her blog just to look at her 365 photos... it's inspiring (http://tellcitypretzels.com (http://tellcitypretzels.com/)). now she's doin project 52.
i just take any photos. whatever i like, whoever i like, just random shots actually. i'm just so sad i won't be able to visit your flickr sites ladies since flickr is blocked here in UAE (no idea why).
let's all do it. i'm still new in photography and i think i can know my camera much better in doing project 365.

After being cooped up for so long with an injury I'm finding that there's so much I missed "seeing" around town.

I just bought two action packs from 4 Hens (soft and sweet and Colorplay) Haven't had a chance to play with them yet. I really want a set from Totally Rad Actions but they are $160.00! I just can't bring myself to pay that.

I'm doing it again this year (stopped in April last year) but I'm not pressuring myself to take photos each day. Instead I'll scrap monthly highlights so at least by the end of the year I have 12 layouts that tell me how 2010 went :)

I did Google and found lots of prompts that help if I'm getting stuck just looking around my condo thinking about what to shoot, lol.

I did Project 365 last year, and did great until, oh....May or so. LOL! Then I got pregnant and sick and just plain tired and lazy. But I still kept on going, just with some missing days...not a big deal. I still got TONS of great pictures for the year. I have been scrapbooking a 2 page layout for each month and have caught up to August. jeez...

This year I am doing project 12! Just taking pics each month and I will do another 2 page layout for each one again...just with less pressure to take a picture every day.

Last year, I tried my hand at p52, but only made it through May with weekly pages. I switched to monthly pages mid-year. I like p12 and will continue that through 2010 with a 2 page layout for each month.

I'm with you Melissa, I like the low pressure of a monthly page.

I am doing it. I dont upload every day though. Probably like every three to four days and just make a little note of what the photo is for each day. Im caught up to January 28th for photos and weekly layouts. Oh and I add the photos and layouts on my blog:

I am doing it, sort of. Mine is more like a project 52 than a project 365. I do not require that I take a photo every single day. I just take a few photos per week and make one layout for that week. Does that make sense?

Well.. I've started.. but I've only taken 4 photos in about 2 weeks! HA! And ya know what.. I'm glad I have at least those! I will probably continue in spurts, you know.. the odd day I actually remember to grab my camera!!
