SOLD my house!!! We bought a new one last year and this has been on the market for 8 months. We didn't expect the crisis to hit us this hard :( We are going to make a profit but it will be minimal.. Well, at least it's sold. We will get the key to our new home in 2 months if the weather will not change for the bad (frost) :hapydancsmil:

That's great Mariska...we are stuck with 2 houses as well...we had ours on the market for close to a year and then just rented it out at a little bit of a loss per month (a few hundred is better than a few thousand...kwim). Thankfully the house is 2 miles from where we live now (we outgrew our old one and when I got pregnant with Jack we bought the house we are in now) and our tenants are wonderful. Hopefully they buy it when their lease is up in April (this is what they wanted to do initially). Congrats on your new home!!!!

It's great that you are going to make any type of profit...if we sell our house at the market value it is now we will take a 50k loss (but it would have been close to 100k if we sold it last year when the market crashed so I'm grateful we didn't get a buyer)...
