Why can't I register at your forum?
Because we were getting a lot of spam on our forum (dirty pictures), we have had to install a module that doesn't allow spammers to register.
If you can't register, you probably haven't got a set IP address, but one that changes everytime. (or your set ip address has been marked as spam)
Spammers often haven't got a set IP address either, so a lot of IP addresses have been marked as spam.
Please send us an e-mail via the contact button with your desired username and your e-mailaddress and we'll manually create an account for you.
How can I view new posts?
Click on "new posts" in the navigation bar

I have ordered some freebies, why is my order queued?
Freebies can be downloaded via the store. You do not have to place them in your cart.
Go to the product page and find the download link underneath the "add to cart" button or underneath "out of stock".
Do download links expire?
Yes, download links expire after 7 days, so please make sure that you download your order not long after you've made your purchase
How do I use a coupon code?
Make sure that you are logged in. place the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Click "view cart". At the bottom of the page it says: redeem a discount coupon. Fill in your coupon code and press "submit".
How do I use a Gift Certificate?
Make sure that you are logged in. place the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. Click "checkout".
You are then able to select "gift certificate" as your payment option.
I ordered a freebie from the store, why haven't I received my download links?
Freebies can be downloaded via the store on the product page, you do not have to place the freebies in your shopping cart and check out.
The download links can be found underneath the "add to cart" button on the product page.
