:helpsmilie:

From time to time this initials pops up in a tread and I can use hours trying to figure out what they mean :gaah:

I have seen KVIM in several treads lateley and I'm starting to loose my hair over it :Amazed:

:loudlaff:

Since English is not my first language I would love a stickytread where we can list up what all the initials means.

Some are obvious like DST and LO :blunke: but some like KVIM I can not figure out..

LOL = laughing out loud
LMAO = laughing my ass off

FYI = for your information
MIA = missing in action
BRB = be right back
TTYL = talk to you later
BTW = by the way
JK = just kidding
OMG = oh my gosh
ASAP = as soon as possible
IDK = I don't know

I think these are the ones that are used most... hope this helps hun! :)

Whaha, LOL, I got frustrated with these things as well in the beginning, because I didn't know what they meant :25r30wi:.

I saw a good one on this forum the other day and I had to look it up via Google! (can't remember it now)

Yeah, they can get confusing. I used to get hung up on ETA. In digi-land it means Edited To Add, but in the real world it means Estimated Time of Arrival.

There's also one that i get in fanfiction forums: WAFF (Warm And Fuzzy Feeling)--said to describe romantic comedies. So you say "I'm feeling WAFFy" :D
