How much fun are we still having with the the MScraps Birthday party a blast! You still have until the 13th February to play along with the Party Games and Challenges, don't forget!!!
Well, this month is my birthday month, and just to continue with birthday fun I'm giving you all a present with this challenge... an easy peasy way to get one more point to your challenge tally!!! Take advantage of it, I like to be a hard taskmaster sometimes, but not this month!!!!!
It's easy
1. go in the gallery, and scraplift a scrapper you admire! It can be someone that has been featured before, it can be a designer, it can be your best scrapping buddy... I want you to have FUN this month doing this...
You can pick whatever page you want in the 10000s of pages in the gallery, BUT....
2. you must tell us why you chose that page to scraplift: is it because you like the scrapper's style, is it because you just love the page? You like the colour? The photo inspired you?
You can journal why you picked that page, on your scraplift, but also please tell us here in the thread.
I picked this page by Helen because I just felt drawn to it when I saw it, then I realised the clever design was from a template by Sabrina's Creations Clean and Simple n°9-12 (http://www.mscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=4265) but the way she ever so slightly modified it and the beautiful kit she used: Be Free by Deca Designs (http://www.mscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=4002), made it a page I wanted to copy. It was not the page I had set out to find when I started looking in the gallery for a page to scraplift, not the style or anything, but when I saw it, I knew it was THE ONE.

So this is my lift:

using A Year of Hope: Pack 1 (http://www.mscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=4649) and A Year Of Hope: Kit (http://www.mscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=4622) by Heather T. and I wouldn't feel right if I didn't give Sabrina's template their credit too: Clean and Simple n°9-12 by Sabrina's Creations (http://www.mscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=4265).
And this is what the CT made:
First off: Sonia/Gateausoso
"This is a scraplift of a layout from the very talented Marion. Her layouts composition always amazes me. I have chosen I love your face though it was extremely difficult to decide which one to scraplift. I love the simplicity of the white space and the vertical layout of the frames. The elements are all perfectly placed and the choice of colors, that I more or less kept, is also amazing."

Sonia's lift:

and she added a 2nd page to make it a Double page:
