Ing, your dishes make me miss my grandparents (mom's parents). My mom tries to make some of those Filipino dishes when I go to visit, but they just aren't the same as when my grandparents make them. I have even tried some of the Filipino restaurants here in Carson (there are many here) but it's also not the same.

I now have a crazy craving for sinigang fish, lumpia, pancit, pork spare rib adobo, and afitada, right now....but of course, not all together. (not sure of all the correct spellings for the dishes) I'm going to try and make some of these, according to your recipes, sometime soon. Thank you!
