I can't access the store

and I can't even use the "contact" form
in both cases I get an error message from x-cart "Cannot read config!"
is there a problem on my end, or is the store down?
can someone help, as there are a few bits I would like to (ahem) look at :giggle:

Our webhost installed some files onto our server and now the store doesn't work anymore.
We are working on the problem!
