Do any of you dance ZUMBA (http://www.zumba.com/us/), I take "classes" right here in my livingroom and I love it!

i have really wanted to but haven't made the time. i hear it's a blast!!!!
Here in Norway it is very big in every gym, but I ordered the DVD..and I can dance whenever I feel like moving my Norwegian behind LOL :) We Norwegain are a bit stiff and I have trouble swinging my hips the latino style..but it is so much fun..
I have kinda learned the basics steps of Merenge, Salsa, Samba and more and belive it or not I can shimmy :loudlaff:
I'm think I stick to my livingroom for a bit longer..:25r30wi:

That looks FUN! I haven't heard of it before.... I have to try that!!
I don't know where I've been. Probably back with the grannies still rocking the "Sweating to the Oldies" dvds...LOL
20 minutes a day is just what I need, it makes my day!!

It's a hype here in Holland too. I just said to my husband I should take classes myself. It sounds like fun and of course it's very healthy!

Oh yes, I hear about it all the time in ads for local health places. I would love to take one of the classes, but would probably embarrass myself. I might look into the DVD.

There are classes at my recreation center in my town and I am really thinking about trying it. I am a little scared and intimidated by it! I have no rhythm!

I have tried it too, I'm surprised that my boyfriend have not filmed me and sendt the film to some Funniest movies show yet... I must look hilarious trying to get my feet to move fast enough.
