Can I use a "released next month" kit for the challenges?

Here's me with another sticky question (sticky in "i'm not sure what the "rule" is)... I made a page for the "about me" challenge, and I used Heather's kit "Tendresse" from the Daily Digi, kit which will be sold here at MScraps in March.
Can I use it in this month's challenge (Feb11 About Me) and link to her shop, stating "available in March", or is that not considered OK?
I could always change the papers, would much rather not, but I could.......
