yep, then you're stuck with a bunch of yolks!
Some recipes need whites only, others yolks only... but this one recipe I wanted to make required 18 whites... I wouldn't know what to do with 18 yolks!!! I guess I could keep them frozen for the best cookie recipe I have which requires 1 egg + 1 egg yolk!!!

I think I'm going to do that, tried to make an egg white omelet and the consistency was so disgusting that I threw it in the bin... I have added some to minced meat, to hold it together, instead of a whole egg, and that worked ok.

I sometimes have the problem of too many whites, when I make home-made ice-cream that uses up loads of yolks (well, 4 anyway). I've looked for egg white recipes but they're pretty thin on the ground, so I usually end up making a meringue but that needs whipping of course! Angel food cake is another one I came across but I read that needs 18 whites and I think it probably needs whipping too.

Perhaps there's a recipe somewhere for a face mask or something ?

I have a great idea hun! Can't believe no one hasn't thought of it!

Buy 18 more eggs.
Seperate the whites & yolks.
Add the yolks to your protein whites so you can make anything "eggy"
And now you have your 18 egg whites!

OK, OK, you'll end up with 18 margaritas...

What about pancakes?
