All products for sale in the Mscraps shop are electronically
distributed, nothing will be shipped. The only exception to this is if
you purchase our CD/DVD Burning Service.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Electronic Goods, Mscraps enforces a strict "No Refunds" policy.
In certain situations, some requests for refunds will be forwarded to
the respective designer and will be within their discretion on how to
handle the refund. Although Mscraps will attempt to assist the buyer
with any problems they might have, ultimate responsibility for refunds
lies with the designer involved.
We cannot refund purchases for incompatibility issues. Digital
scrapbook kits, paper packs, element packs, word art, etc. are typically
.jpg and/or .png files. The vast majority of image editing programs
will handle any and all .jpg and/or .png files. Since these files are
the standard file format for the digital scrapbooking world, these file
types will not typically be listed in the product descriptions. For
those products that are program specific, designers put in their
descriptions what program the action/style/template was designed for.
Money will not be refunded due to misunderstandings about software
compatibility.
PayPal Issues
Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of
PayPal. We request that you contact them to further investigate the
issue so that it can be resolved.
