I am registered at your store, but I can't login on your forum?
The store username and forum username are not linked, meaning, if you registered at our store and would like to leave messages on our forum or upload images to the gallery, you will have to register at our forum as well. (and visa versa)

How do I contact Customer Service?
You can contact us by clicking here. Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive a reply. We are located in Europe (timezone: GMT +1). We strive to provide you with excellent customer service in a timely manner. If, for some reason you are unable to contact us using the contact form, please feel free to email us.
What is digital scrapbooking?
It is essentially the same as paper scrapbooking, but you create your layout using a computer and photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, instead of scissors and glue. Your finished layout will be a digital file that you can print at home or have printed through a professional printing company.

What types of payment do you accept?
All our transactions are made via PayPal. With PayPal, we can accept credit card payments, echeck, or existing funds in your PayPal account. You also have the option of paying with a credit card and NO PayPal account is required. When you click "Confirm order" you will be redirected to PayPal's secure web site where you will have the option to choose between paying with a credit card and not signing in, or by signing in and paying with PayPal directly. If you pay with an echeck, please be advised that they take 7-10 business days to clear and your files will automatically be available for download after that period of time has passed.
How do I use a coupon code?
Make sure that you are logged in.
Place the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart.
Click "view cart".
At the bottom of the page it says: redeem a discount coupon.
Fill in your coupon code and press "submit".
How do I use a Gift Certificate?
Make sure that you are logged in.
Place the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart.
Click "checkout".
You are then able to select "gift certificate" as your payment option.
DOWNLOADS
How do I download the files?
As soon as your payment has been processed, you will be redirected to our site where your downloads will be instantly made available. You will also receive purchase verification and download links via email. If for some reason you cannot find your download links immediately or in your email, login to your account, click Orders History, Search your orders for the desired set. Please keep in mind that download links are only good for 7 days and/or 5 download attempts.
Do download links expire?
Yes, each download link is available for 7 days and has 5 download attempts. Please download your purchase within this time limit.
When I click on a download link, it says “You have nothing to download.”
Please contact us with your username and order number if this happens and we will remedy the situation promptly. Our designers make every attempt to ensure the associated files are set correctly with their products; however, sometimes the path has not been correctly defined and needs to be reset.
I need my download links reset...what do I do?
Please contact us with your order number and description of the problem. If your purchase is less than 30 days old, we will be happy to reset your links. We no longer reset orders that are not downloaded within the 30 day limit.
Please back up your purchases regularly (on an external hard drive (EHD) or burn them to CD or DVD) to avoid losing your files!
Can I get a refund?
No, due to the nature of our products (digital products), no refunds will be made.
I ordered a freebie from the store, why haven't I received my download links?
Freebies can be downloaded directly via the store on the product page, you do not have to place the freebies in your shopping cart and check out.
The download links can be found underneath the "add to cart" button on the product page.

I have received a gift from you on my birthday, but I am unable to login to get my gift.
We send out these gifts based on the forum information that we've got from you.
If you can't register at our store, it's probably because you haven't got a store account yet.
So all you do is register at our store so you can grab your gift.
